TransAtlantic Safety’s ethos is that we never attempted to be something for everyone, but rather a source of expertise to the Construction and Engineering sectors on a global scale.

Over the past decade or so, health and Safety has developed into a multi-disciplinary profession with many branches and specialisms ranging from General Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, and Fire Safety to name a few.

With this in mind, the traditional method of hiring a singular consultant often through a recruitment agency to provide a single source service is unlikely to yield the desired results, neither in terms of compliance nor performance. 

For years organizations have been reliant on the use of recruitment agencies to provide HSE resources. However, this approach is outdated. Clients are becoming much more aware that the management of health and safety requires a multi-disciplinary approach which is much more than the supply of an individual and therefore further support is required than what recruitment agencies can provide.

Here at TransAtlantic Safety, our project management services include the following:

• Placement of competent personnel, that comes with;
• Project Construction Phase Safety Plans, which clients are able to see in effect by;
• Project Performance Monitoring dashboards, those indicators are also monitored by;
• Project Supported HSE Management Team, who shall also complete;
• Project Performance Audits

This is internally referred to as Total Project Safety Management (TPSM). A comprehensive management system that provides clients with confidence regarding the project(s) Health and Safety Management. TransAtlantic Safety teams manage projects through our internally developed software program which uniquely allows clients have access to live data 24/7 regarding their project(s) which we believe allows business leaders and teams to focus their time in other areas while still having access to the most comprehensive HSE data available.
